• Starting, operating, adjusting, and converting the production line, depending on the type of cheese being produced.
• Troubleshooting, performing line checks, and recording production data in the system, such as the number of packages, quality, and shelf life of the cheese.
• Contributing to improvement processes and ensuring that objectives are met, such as productivity, safety, and hygiene.
• Working with a great team of about 8 colleagues, whom you also manage. You distribute the work, give instructions, check results, and solve any problems that arise.
• You can grow into the role of Working Foreman, where you will have more responsibility for planning, inventory, quality control, and reporting.

• Ability to independently operate a production line, technical insight, and maintaining a good overview.
• Experience in leading a team, being a real team player & go-getter, and working very hygienically.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Experience in the food industry.
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• Your own transportation to Alphen.

• A 40-hour workweek (negotiable), working in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday (number of days per week is negotiable) Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00 Week 2: 14:45 – 23:30
• A salary of up to €3,100 gross per month (excluding allowances), depending on your age and work experience. You also receive 8% holiday pay, which is paid out in May.
• A two-shift allowance of an average of 20% on top of your gross salary.
• 25 vacation days per year, which you can take in consultation with your supervisor. You are also entitled to statutory holidays.
• A travel allowance of €0.21 per km. You will also receive compensation for any parking costs.
• Good secondary conditions, such as a pension scheme, a collective health insurance, an accident insurance.
